Excellent customer service! Blind arrived promptly with regular progress updates from the point of ordering until delivery.
Very pleased with our blind and also the very good service. Would certainly use the company again. Many thanks.
What a price, what a service. When I bought the blind I was only looking for something cheap and cheerful that fitted. I honestly was not expecting what turned up for the price I paid. What arrived was sturdy, fitted like a glove even the instruction leaflet I was expecting a photocopy sheet, not a glossy manual. The blind itself looked so much more upper-end than the bargain basement. The delivery time within 4 days was more than acceptable. I absolutely 100 per cent recommend English Blinds.
Easy website to negotiate and order. Quality of goods (Inc. packaging and delivery) excellent. Installation instructions are easy to follow. Wide range of design and colour options. Sample patterns were delivered as requested. Helped considerably in making a final choice. Information on how to measure windows for fitting clear and simple. All round well pleased!!
Excellent service and quality product. Swiftly answered any queries I had. Extremely pleased.
Definitely recommend you to other people
Brilliant service
The blinds were easy to order and I found the colours offered on the website were true to the colours that were actually received. They were easy to install with good quality metal brackets provided. Very pleased with the overall look.
