Good customer service too as we had a slight problem that the blinds would not lower, emailed in the evening and they responded early the next morning, advice was given, which works and now installed they're looking great. Excellent choice of blinds (more than most) and we needed to obtain a white blind with a see-through pattern to match a new cloakroom (with frosted gloss).
