Absolutely love my new made-to-measure blinds. They arrived well-packaged, the instructions were clear and the online tracking was good - helpful too. My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.

Ordered seven Pure White 50mm real wood blinds for my flat. Four have already gone up and I'm very pleased with them, they've made a huge difference in the flat. English Blinds took about four days including a weekend, so very quick for a made-to-measure item. I would recommend English Blinds anytime.
