I was recommended to English Blinds by a friend who had previously used them. I found them on the internet and intended to use their online ordering service but as I lived close to their premises went to the site to look at the samples We ordered there and then as the staff were very helpful and could supply exactly what I required. Excellent service from ordering to delivery.
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
