The first thing that was brilliant was you had a wonderful collection of designs, then once ordered a good tracking system to let us know on delivery, and right on cue arrived in the time slot given. Although initial delay in getting blinds to us, the quality is fantastic and they look great! Courier damaged one of our blinds, but English Blinds remade and delivered to us within a couple of days! Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Blind delivered exactly within their estimated dates. I ordered a small blind to fit a tiny sash window recess and this was absolutely perfect. It totally transforms the bathroom and is waterproof as the window is situated above the bathshower area.
