The product is very good, and the customer service as well! I had to contact the company by phone and was answered quickly and efficiently.
Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.
