The service was simple if you measure the blinds properly there is no issue. The blind was sent within the time we were told and was very satisfactory. Would use English Blinds again. Thanks, a very satisfied customer.

I emailed and sorted it very quickly with their customer service, with extra information advising my order wouldn't change but they would amend it manually. Excellent service and excellent blinds. We have had a waterproof blind for the bathroom and two for the Kitchen from EB. We've had them for over 6 months now and have not had a single problem with mildew, and the blind fitted perfectly.
