One phone call to Customer Services was all that was needed to resolve this and she also went the extra mile to help me select my blind. The delivery was swift. My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.
