First-class service. Ordered online, which was confirmed straight away, and told when production started. Told when dispatched. The product itself is as ordered and fits perfectly. When I emailed I got a prompt answer which in itself is fantastic nowadays. I would use them again.
amazing customer service from start to end. I had a technical issue with my order but they sorted it all out for me. They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. We have purchased a number of blinds over the years and have found them to be extremely well made and accurate. They have stood up to a lot of use and even now are as good as new.
So easy to use the website, I also rang them for assistance with colour choices on particular blinds. Extremely helpful sales staff and blinds arrived quickly. I've used English Blinds before and will be using them again soon.
