I ordered a kitchen blind. Unfortunately, we did not measure properly, 1cm out. I contacted English Blinds who asked us to return them. They not only amended the blinds but sent them to me free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Very satisfied.

Wonderful blinds, extremely well priced, very good quality, all around a great online shopping experience.
