I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! I ordered a blind for one window with the plan to get another one for a larger window but wanted to order this one first to be sure it was the one I wanted and my measurements were correct.
