Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Ordered seven Pure White 50mm real wood blinds for my flat. Four have already gone up and I'm very pleased with them, they've made a huge difference in the flat. English Blinds took about four days including a weekend, so very quick for a made-to-measure item. I would recommend English Blinds anytime.

The blinds received are great, no complaints there. There was a delay in my order getting to me due to a faulty batch - English Blinds contacted me to let me know this, they were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified very quickly.
