Once measurements and fabric were chosen, the order took a couple of days to come through (was very well packaged and the delivery company were very thorough on expected times etc.). First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made.
