We were pleased with it as it was made to measure accurately. We were made aware of the date and the time it would be delivered. There wasn't any dissatisfaction, we chose the material, and the exact measurement and I am pleased to report that we got exactly what we ordered.

Easy to order online, quick to deliver and fitted perfectly. I'll never buy a new blind any other way now! The choices of fabric, especially for blackout thermal fabrics are great.

The service we received from English blinds was second to none, we ordered swatches which arrived the day after ordering, and we were able to match these to our bathroom tiles. The blinds then arrived within a week of ordering, they were put up in our new bathroom today and they look fantastic. We have sent for swatches to have them in our kitchen. Thank you - pleased with the multi-lux blinds. My main concern was they would fit - they slot in very nicely to the recess and are easy to install. I think the fittings seem quite sturdy metal and they roll out smoothly. The material is mould-resistant without appearing too plasticky. Delivery all on time with the current COVID circumstances. I emailed to ask to change the colour of one, it was all sorted. Thank you it is much appreciated
