I was also amazed at their attention to me as a customer, by informing me when production was started and despatched. It arrived well-packaged with a tracking notice. The blinds arrived quickly and are of very good quality. The fitting instructions are very clear and according to my husband, they were a joy to put up. He was impressed with the attention to detail such as sticky tape on the back of the brackets to help hold them in place during fitting. We would highly recommend English Blinds and would not hesitate to purchase again.
