We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days. Arrived pretty quickly considering they are made to order. I had an issue with 1 of the chains but a replacement came very quickly with no hassle. Very good quality blinds.
