Although initial delay in getting blinds to us, the quality is fantastic and they look great! Courier damaged one of our blinds, but English Blinds remade and delivered to us within a couple of days! Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

With our kitchen blinds I had made a typo on one of the window blinds resulting in the blind being too wide. I spoke to EB and they immediately offered to reduce the width free of charge. An excellent service.

They were very happy to assist during the lockdown, communication was excellent and sent me different brackets after I realised the wrong ones were ordered by me - also free of charge. My son loves his new blinds so much that he asked me whether he could take them with him when he moves out!
