We ordered two blinds but unfortunately, one was damaged in transit. English Blinds were very professional and sent out an immediate replacement. Very pleased with these blinds and will be ordering one more. The blinds operate effortlessly and look really smart. I was pleased that there were attachments to fit the front cover as previously I have had to use Velcro which is not ideal.
