Although my blind order couldn't be dispatched in full due to stock issues with the supplier, the customer service and communication from English Blinds could not have been better. Always willing to discuss the order and update as requested, very helpful.
The samples were very helpful in matching colours, and you also kindly sent me an example bracket so I could check that they fit in our narrow recess. The blinds arrived promptly, in good condition and everything was there. They were very easy to put up and they look great. I would definitely recommend to others.

The three samples I ordered were all a good size, so this helped considerably with selecting the right one for my kitchen. Ordering online was very straightforward, though I did have a query regarding the width (2m+), so spoke to customer Support, who were very polite and helpful and the blind look wonderful.
So easy to use the website, I also rang them for assistance with colour choices on particular blinds. Extremely helpful sales staff and blinds arrived quickly. I've used English Blinds before and will be using them again soon.
