The order came through very quickly and the blind is as good as I expected. I have ordered blinds from other companies before but the mechanism and measurements from English Blinds seem superior to me. I also liked the choice of colours and patterns.

Very pleased with my new blinds. They look fantastic and are exactly as described on the website. They have a lovely shutter-like look from the outside and yet are more economical and less bulky than shutters in the interior. The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
