The first thing that was brilliant was you had a wonderful collection of designs, then once ordered a good tracking system to let us know on delivery, and right on cue arrived in the time slot given. Arrived quickly as usual. Since Christmas, I have bought approximately 13 blinds of different sizes. They're straightforward to put up and look good when installed. Would definitely recommend them.

Thank you - pleased with the multi-lux blinds. My main concern was they would fit - they slot in very nicely to the recess and are easy to install. I think the fittings seem quite sturdy metal and they roll out smoothly. The material is mould-resistant without appearing too plasticky. Delivery all on time with the current COVID circumstances. I emailed to ask to change the colour of one, it was all sorted. Thank you it is much appreciated
