Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. This is the first time I've bought blinds online. The whole service was very good. I requested and was sent samples free of charge. I followed measuring instructions from the website and ordered 3 of differing sizes, one being very wide. They came made up in less than a week and securely packaged. Absolutely brilliant customer service. The price was best - especially with their summer discount code. The blinds (approx. £300 worth in total) I received were absolutely top quality. I had a problem with my order and the after-sales/customer service was nothing short of superb from start to finish. I'd like to mention in particular, Gemma at English Blinds, she was brilliant.
