1) A well-designed website. 2) ordered samples at 4 pm and they arrived at 9 am the next day. 3) Easy to order, the 4 blinds came within the time stated. 5) very well made and of excellent quality. If there is one thing I hate - it's measuring and cutting blinds to fit. English Blinds made it amazingly easy, just enter the measurements, click and send.
