The order procedure is really easy. The advice about measuring is excellent. The product looks even better than shown online. I would recommend this company. Ifwhen we want a blind they are the first company I go to. Sorry if this sounds a bit ott, but to be honest it is so nice to deal with a company who are so professional and reasonably priced. The quality of the product is excellent. They were made to order and delivered very quickly. We reordered the same ones from 5 years ago using the measurements from the old order form and they fitted perfectly into the old fittings. Really pleased with our order.

Response to a request for samples was very quick and the ordering process was straightforward. The Company were helpful in agreeing to delay production until I confirmed the colour scheme. Delivery was prompt and the final product was high quality. Guidance for self-installation was readily provided. Overall a very stress-free experience.
