Absolutely amazing service from English Blinds. We received our six blinds on the date promised and were over the moon with the quality of them as the prices were so reasonable. However, we had a slight crack in one of the blinds, but after emailing and letting customer services know, they sent out a replacement within two days with no bother at all. Brilliant product and service, we will be using them again.
Keep coming back to English Blinds for all our window needs, quality materials and workmanship all the time. They were very happy to assist during the lockdown, communication was excellent and sent me different brackets after I realised the wrong ones were ordered by me - also free of charge. My son loves his new blinds so much that he asked me whether he could take them with him when he moves out!
