This is the first time I've bought blinds online. The whole service was very good. I requested and was sent samples free of charge. I followed measuring instructions from the website and ordered 3 of differing sizes, one being very wide. They came made up in less than a week and securely packaged. From my first experience I would say that I was very pleased with the excellent choice of designs and then the ease of ordering the correct size and fitments for the blind I had chosen. Also, I was kept informed of the progress of my purchase through email. I would definitely recommend and cannot think of any improvements to the service from my point of view. The blind was easy to fit and looks good.
I ordered 2 standard roller blinds of different widths and was amazed at the price difference between English Blinds and 2 local companies I tried. I had quotes of £120 and over £140, but I only paid £60.99 delivered from English Blinds! and the quality is excellent.
