I would like to say how pleased I am with my blind, the quality is very good. I would also like to say, that when I had a stupid moment and ordered the blind again, one of the sales team rang me, to see if I did want 2 blinds or if it was a mistake. The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.
