A sample was ordered and it arrived in 24 hours. The customer helpline was answered promptly and the member of staff was polite and was able to answer technical questions. The blind was delivered quickly. It is of very good quality and the instructions for installation were easy to follow.

Bought one pair of made-to-measure black wooden blinds. The delivery was swift and the communication was second to none. The blinds arrived in perfect condition, fit exactly to the window and came with easy-to-understand instructions on how to erect them.
