I would like to say how pleased I am with my blind, the quality is very good. I would also like to say, that when I had a stupid moment and ordered the blind again, one of the sales team rang me, to see if I did want 2 blinds or if it was a mistake. We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days.
