BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. We ordered a blind to fit our bathroom window. This was made easier by using the measuring guide from the website. The blind was delivered promptly and nicely packaged. I have bought blinds for the whole house over the last few months and I must say I am totally pleased with the blinds I have received, and the material is excellent. As I have a cat and the hair sticks to normal blinds I have ordered the waterproof design, and they are brilliant. The system is easy to order and they arrive quite quickly and are easy to fit. Have recommended them to my friends and family. I'm well pleased.
