The person that I spoke to was able to answer all of my questions easily and quickly. She exhibited a very good knowledge of the products. She is a great asset to the company.
The three samples I ordered were all a good size, so this helped considerably with selecting the right one for my kitchen. Ordering online was very straightforward, though I did have a query regarding the width (2m+), so spoke to customer Support, who were very polite and helpful and the blind look wonderful.
