I was most impressed with their care and customer service. Dealt with them a few times by e-mail and phone, always a pleasure. Loved my vertical blinds so ordered venetian blinds. They too are lovely. I think both types were great value for money.

I have used this company before for a few blinds so it was my first port of call when I needed a new one for my kitchen. It's quite difficult to choose a fabric online without seeing and feeling it, so their sample service is a great bonus. My samples arrived very quickly, and I was able to choose and order straight away. The progress of my order was kept up to date by email and the blind arrived on the day that I was notified. It was beautifully made and very well packaged to protect it during transit. I would definitely use English Blinds again in the future.

We bought two 50mm Minerva Grain and Pebble Faux Wood Blinds two years ago. I took them to a country in the Middle East and hung them in windows facing the sun. 2 years on and they remain perfect, despite being opened and closed daily. I'm extremely surprised and pleased. Clearly very well made out of robust material.
I have ordered two blinds for two different rooms so far. The blinds are really nice, easy to fit, lovely quality and excellent value for money. The ordering is really easy and email communication is good if needed. I will be needing more blinds as the house continues to be redecorated. I will definitely be ordering them from this company. And yes, I would certainly recommend them to a friend
