I ordered a blind online and have to say it was a faultless process from start to finish. The quality is excellent along with the price and when I phoned to say that I would not be able to take delivery on certain dates it was no trouble for them to delay until I could be there. Outstanding service, we've ordered three custom-made blinds so far, all have arrived in the stated time and were the right size and came with the right fittings. The quality is very nice too, with a lovely smooth action. Being able to customize the size, and the side of the controls makes it perfect. And they're not even expensive!
