This is the 4th Roman blind I have bought from English Blinds. They are of fantastic quality and it is really important to me that they are made in England. The website makes it easy to order and the customer service is excellent. I have recommended them to all my friends.
We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!
We ordered 3 sets of vertical blinds for the kitchen and landing in our house. This was 3 years ago (2017). We are very happy with how they are lasting. In fact, we are now approaching them for more blinds for different rooms. (2020)

amazing customer service from start to end. I had a technical issue with my order but they sorted it all out for me. They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. Amazing quality, price and service.
We had some blinds made for our cattery. One set of Venetian blinds for the kitchen and 2 sets for the office in metallic blue. They look lovely up, fit perfectly and appear to be good quality. Very happy with the purchase.
