They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. I loved the ease of using the website and ordering was simple. My chosen blinds were in the sale and then there was a further discount at checkout. The postage was very reasonable, but the best part is grumpy hubby couldn't believe how easy they were to fit!! It's not often things go so right, I'd happily buy again from these people.
