Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Well-made product with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. As an unforeseen result, we noticed that some of our Victorian window frames were not quite vertical whereas the blinds were. The blinds still look great, especially as all the windows on that elevation match.
