This is my second lot of blinds from The English Blind Company, and when I need to replace my next blinds, I will shop once more with them. Excellent, quick and efficient service and a good quality product that is well affordable. Their customer service department is second to none, proper “old-fashioned” service that few companies have nowadays, sadly! I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Based on this experience I am looking at ordering another blind for a different room Well done, 5-stars well deserved
Excellent service a++ Gave them a bell to make sure I was taking the measurements correctly. They were very helpful. The sample was spot on. Ordered on a Monday here Friday, that is quick for what is going on at the moment and fitted perfectly
