amazing customer service from start to end. I had a technical issue with my order but they sorted it all out for me. The blinds arrived with speed and are of very good quality. Easy installation, full instructions and all fixings supplied. After installation, I realised that I required a slightly longer pair of head rails and an additional slat for each - I'd mismeasured, providing sizes of existing Venetian blinds which sat snug to the window frame! English Blinds couldn't have been more helpful and sourced the exact parts at no cost to me. I can't praise them enough and will look no further when I require more blinds.
