Outstanding service, we've ordered three custom-made blinds so far, all have arrived in the stated time and were the right size and came with the right fittings. The quality is very nice too, with a lovely smooth action. Being able to customize the size, and the side of the controls makes it perfect. And they're not even expensive!
Had a bit of trouble getting the discount knocked off at checkout but that could have been my fault. However, the problem was sorted out by an extremely helpful young lady on the phone. I am extremely pleased with my blind it is lovely and fits perfectly. I have enjoyed using English Blinds because the ordering process is so straightforward. There is a considerable choice of fabric, patterns and blind types. As long as your measurements are correct the end product is perfect. Kept up to date with the manufacture and delivery dates and times. Five-star service!
