The order was exactly as expected. It was delivered within 4 days of ordering, as expected. I was informed of when it was being dispatched and the courier also confirmed the delivery date. They are of a very good quality. I did have a slight problem with the larger blind, but a small part arrived the next day. Good customer service and I rate very highly.
So easy to use the website, I also rang them for assistance with colour choices on particular blinds. Extremely helpful sales staff and blinds arrived quickly. I've used English Blinds before and will be using them again soon.
