Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. I'm very happy with their service and support.
Good user-friendly website and easily navigated. Able to order my blinds with an easy-to-use measurement chart which instantly gave the price for each blind. Simple and secure transactions, and good communications advising the different stages of the order process through to delivery. Delivered securely and well packed.
