I would like to say I made a mistake with my order and can only say that the company was so easy to deal with, I got all the help I needed both online and by phone. Thumbs up for customer service and for the blinds thank you very much.
I ordered samples online, which arrived very quickly. Ordered the blind which arrived well within the stated time. Very happy with the service and the blind looks very good quality, at a good price too.
English Blinds has provided one of the easiest services I've ever used, and the blind was, forgive the hyperbole, but perfect. Measurements are exact and the team ensured that the subtractions required were done as accurately as possible. My blind looks lovely and easily installed. I bought the insulated type and fingers crossed works well to keep the heating in.
The blinds were delivered within 1 week of the order and we exactly as expected. Very good value for money.
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
