I had a slight difficulty with the availability of my choice of fabric but was resolved very quickly by telephone and my order was underway. Arrived by courier and I am delighted with my blinds. Will always use English Blinds because I trust them and they never let me down.
We ordered 3 sets of vertical blinds for the kitchen and landing in our house. This was 3 years ago (2017). We are very happy with how they are lasting. In fact, we are now approaching them for more blinds for different rooms. (2020)
The website was easy to use and I received good customer service even through Covid. My blind arrived earlier than expected, which was even better. It has been fitted now and looks amazing with a bold design. Very happy all around. Would recommend them to friends and will use again.
