Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. Lots to choose from. We sent off for 2 samples and were very pleased we did to find the right colour. The online guidance for measuring is very good and we were kept informed of the delivery forecast and despatch. Our order of 2 blinds arrived within time and by UPS carrier. Very good experience.
