It's quite difficult to choose a fabric online without seeing and feeling it, so their sample service is a great bonus. My samples arrived very quickly, and I was able to choose and order straight away. The progress of my order was kept up to date by email and the blind arrived on the day that I was notified. It was beautifully made and very well packaged to protect it during transit. I would definitely use English Blinds again in the future.
