Excellent service. We ordered a roller blind, their ordering system explained clearly how to measure our window in order to have the correct size made up. Once ordered it arrived in less than a week. Easy instructions to follow, fits our kitchen window perfectly.

Excellent quality and delivered on time. These blinds are exactly what we wanted. The only thing I would say is that these need medium DIY skills to install, especially if they are large. So keep that in mind when ordering. Overall highly satisfied, and would use them again if we are in the market for blinds

We ordered two blinds but unfortunately, one was damaged in transit. English Blinds were very professional and sent out an immediate replacement. Very pleased with the faux wood blinds. I'd taken the time to measure really accurately, and the blind was sized correctly and as such was a perfect fit. They are good quality and look much more expensive than they were.
