Really good website and the ordering process is clear and simple. I was replacing a blind I had ordered five years ago, and it couldn't have been easier to arrange.
I was replacing a cut-to-size blind I bought from John Lewis and was (pleasantly) surprised that this made-to-measure one was only a few pounds more. It's well made and was easy to put up. The blind was well packed and the wrapping was a nice touch.

Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.
