This is the second time I have ordered something, and it has been a great experience. I have recommended this company to my British friends in America! Very good product, delivery excellent
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

This is the first time I've bought blinds online. The whole service was very good. I requested and was sent samples free of charge. I followed measuring instructions from the website and ordered 3 of differing sizes, one being very wide. They came made up in less than a week and securely packaged.
