I had a slight difficulty with the availability of my choice of fabric but was resolved very quickly by telephone and my order was underway. Arrived by courier and I am delighted with my blinds. Will always use English Blinds because I trust them and they never let me down.

The first thing that was brilliant was you had a wonderful collection of designs, then once ordered a good tracking system to let us know on delivery, and right on cue arrived in the time slot given. Arrived in good time and well packaged. I was kept informed of the progress of my order throughout. The blind itself is a beautiful colour. I didn't think I'd manage to get one for such a small window but this is lovely. I have other challenging sized windows and will definitely be ordering from English Blinds again. Super service.
Found the whole process quite easy. The material samples requested arrived quickly. When I phoned with a query as to whether a one-piece blind with different-length slats could be done. English blinds were very helpful and gave me some positive help and advice. The finished items are now installed in the conservatory and they look good. My wife is also very happy with them, which is the main thing.
