Really pleased with the two roller blinds we got. The service was very helpful in determining how to measure the blinds ourselves, and it was straightforward in terms of ordering from the website. Absolutely amazing service from English Blinds. We received our six blinds on the date promised and were over the moon with the quality of them as the prices were so reasonable. However, we had a slight crack in one of the blinds, but after emailing and letting customer services know, they sent out a replacement within two days with no bother at all. Brilliant product and service, we will be using them again.
I would like to say I made a mistake with my order and can only say that the company was so easy to deal with, I got all the help I needed both online and by phone. Thumbs up for customer service and for the blinds thank you very much.
