They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. I would definitely recommend English blinds. I phoned them to ask about sizes they were very helpful and very easy to talk to. The blind I got is of great quality with all the instructions fixtures and fittings. I have to say when we talked on the phone their manner was excellent.
