English Blinds were great. Initially, the samples they sent out were a really good size, so you had a good idea of the whole pattern. The website gave clear instructions on how to measure the window to ensure the blind would fit correctly. The blind arrived in 5 days. All in all very happy, oh they were very responsibly priced too. Once again the quality of the product was superb. I placed the order on 25th May and received it on the 3rd of June two days early. The service was excellent. You ask if there are areas where you could make improvements. As far as I can see there are none. I always say that if a system isn't broken don't fix it. Once again thanks for a class product.

Have used EB before and the service was very good. Ordered again and found the same. Kept informed of progress and the order was delivered on time. All fit perfectly and the full fixing kit and instructions were in the box. My daughter recommended EB to me, and I have recommended them to others. I will certainly use them again.

The blinds are exactly what I'd hoped for. The instructions were very precise which I followed to the letter. Time taken, ten minutes per blind with partner passing tools to me. Ensure they are level and square is the top tip. When the end pieces are fixed it's a good idea to use masking tape to hold them open before placing the blinds in them.
