My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. Delighted with product. Arrived very promptly. Good range of colours and designs. Despite a misunderstanding about measurement where tiles protruded into a recess, the firm adjusted the size and returned the blind promptly free of charge.
