Ordered made-to-measure blinds that are 100% waterproof, really happy with them, they are blackout as well, so hanging them at the bathroom windows is perfect. Overall they're very well made, ordering was easy and value for money.
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

Excellent product. I now have your blinds in my kitchen and kid's playroom. Customer Service noted the change in my order and the blinds arrived the correct size with the right attachments.
