Very helpful telephone assistance prior to purchase ensured that when the blinds arrived they were absolutely perfect! The quality of the product is excellent and has transformed the room. I was also really impressed with the speed with which the blinds were made and delivered. I would definitely recommend this company for quality, value for money and speed.
Having previously wasted time and money cutting down an off-the-shelf faux wood venetian blind from Dunelm, I decided to try English Blinds instead. The samples arrived quickly and then a week later my new blind arrived. The quality of the mechanism and the service and product are both excellent. Yes, the components used are far better than my previous blind and it operates very smoothly. The quality of the faux wood is also much superior and has a realistic wood grain. Highly recommend them, and will use them again for my other rooms. I would recommend this company to others.
