The two sets of blinds were delivered exactly as measured and ordered, and on time - at the very beginning of the expected date range. They were simplicity itself to install, with very clear instructions and plenty of screws etc. for the fittings.
I was impressed with this company from the arrival of the samples; they were the only ones which sent samples showing all the colours in the design instead of a tiny scrap, useless for colour matching. Two of my blinds sit alongside each other and they met my request to align the horizontal stripes perfectly, which makes me very happy! Excellent quality, service and prices.
The ordering process was straightforward. If advice is required the staff are very helpful. Communication is fast and products are exceptional value for money. I have used the company previously and would most definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
