My experience with English Blinds was first class despite some initial problems trying to select a different tape width on their website. One phone call to Customer Services was all that was needed to resolve this and she also went the extra mile to help me select my blind. The delivery was swift. Very pleased with my new blinds. They look fantastic and are exactly as described on the website. They have a lovely shutter-like look from the outside and yet are more economical and less bulky than shutters in the interior. I have already recommended the blinds from this company to a friend who has already ordered them! I am highly pleased and highly recommend them - excellent service and value for money.
Due to the size of our windows, we could not buy standard-size wooden blinds so had to get them made to measure. I have to admit I was a little sceptical ordering them online, but we have fitted them today and my husband and I are so pleased with them. English blinds offer larger sizes than most and in addition to the quality, delivery and customer service online contact was also great.
I would recommend them to other people as everything arrived in very good condition and was easy to fit, the house now looks finished very nicely.
