Have used EB before and the service was very good. Ordered again and found the same. Kept informed of progress and the order was delivered on time. All fit perfectly and the full fixing kit and instructions were in the box. My daughter recommended EB to me, and I have recommended them to others. I will certainly use them again.
Easy to use website and very straightforward ordering system. The blinds arrived by carrier within a week, excellently packaged and protected. English Blinds were great. Initially, the samples they sent out were a really good size, so you had a good idea of the whole pattern. The website gave clear instructions on how to measure the window to ensure the blind would fit correctly. The blind arrived in 5 days. All in all very happy, oh they were very responsibly priced too. The ordering on the website was very straightforward. We ordered five assorted blinds, all different sizes and all fitted well. The order came on time as stated. I did manage to cut through one of the cords when unpacking but a replacement soon came after contacting English blinds. Good value for money and I would choose them again.
Beautiful blinds and look lovely in my kitchen Came with all the fixings, extra screws and raw plugs. From the time they were ordered to the time they arrived was four days which I thought was very good. I would definitely recommend and use again.
