I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Very fast response with the samples. The finished blinds are of excellent quality and an efficient trackingemail system kept us fully informed as to the delivery date. Have used them three times now - and have been very pleased with all blinds.
