Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. The roller blind is a lovely colour and comes well-packaged. It was relatively easy to put up and came within the stated time frame. It looks so much better when they actually fit
