Absolutely amazing service from English Blinds. We received our six blinds on the date promised and were over the moon with the quality of them as the prices were so reasonable. However, we had a slight crack in one of the blinds, but after emailing and letting customer services know, they sent out a replacement within two days with no bother at all. Brilliant product and service, we will be using them again.
An easy to navigate website with clear instructions and help if you are not used to ordering blinds. The pattern on the bind is lovely and the product is beautifully made. It arrived promptly and with plenty of warning, looks lovely now it is up in the bathroom and I am altogether delighted. Thank you very much.
Great website, easy to use. Did have a slight issue when the blind arrived however it was all sorted out within a day and a replacement arrived quicker than expected. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
Instructions for ordering are very easy to follow, the blinds were delivered within the time advised and when the two parcels arrived, they were well packaged with no sign of any damage. Fitting instruction is very easy to follow and the blind was fully assembled and fitted within a few minutes. I would recommend English Blinds to anybody who is looking for a blind.
