I was replacing a cut-to-size blind I bought from John Lewis and was (pleasantly) surprised that this made-to-measure one was only a few pounds more. It's well made and was easy to put up. The blind was well packed and the wrapping was a nice touch.

The samples we requested were delivered very quickly. When we visited the office, the lady was very helpful in getting more samples. The order process was efficient and the help we received from Gemma was excellent. The blinds were available to collect quickly and we are very happy with the products. They were relatively easy to fit which was good. Overall, very happy.

Easy, simple website to navigate around with plenty of choices. Simple instructions on how to measure a blind. Quick turnaround and is well packaged. Would happily recommend and use again.
