Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. I ordered a blind online and have to say it was a faultless process from start to finish. The quality is excellent along with the price and when I phoned to say that I would not be able to take delivery on certain dates it was no trouble for them to delay until I could be there. A pleasure to deal with such a good company and would highly recommend.
