I ordered a blind online and have to say it was a faultless process from start to finish. The quality is excellent along with the price and when I phoned to say that I would not be able to take delivery on certain dates it was no trouble for them to delay until I could be there. A pleasure to deal with such a good company and would highly recommend.
Very pleased with our two blinds. As an aside, although we received a dispatch email on Friday, we didn't receive an email with tracking information. However, this didn't matter as the blinds arrived early on Monday morning. We would recommend English Blinds.
