I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days.
