After a 6-month wait for a refund from another company from whom I ordered a blind, I was rather nervous about whom to order from next. I rang English Blinds and felt confident after talking with their representative, so ordered my blinds and couldn't be happier. The print (Cottage Garden) is beautiful and the blinds (roller) are well constructed. I am a very satisfied customer. The delivery time was also within what was stated when ordering. It really was a good experience, the blind arrived and it fitted. It was easy to fit as I had the brackets already in position from a previous blind.
