The ordering section was very easy to follow and made the whole process a breeze. When I telephoned to make sure my order went through, customer service was very friendly and helpful.

I ordered made-to-measure blinds for my summerhouse, they arrived as specified, but I wrongly ordered a recess fitting. This was no problem all I had to do was to send the valance fronts back to have them cut so the valance returns fitted, this was done within a couple of days. Excellent quality and outstanding service.

Good service and quality. We had one small issue and I contacted customer service and was dealt with immediately. Would use them again and recommend them for great all-around service.
